@ Best Performing Subsidiary / SSBU Award
Remarks : Operating Business Units of HLN Technologies Limited are assigned specific macro Key Performance
Indicators ( KPIs) to ensure high level of operational efficiency which will translate to profitability and
sustainability. At the end of every month, General Managers of all business units need to submit and
present the KPIs achieved for the month after audit and verification by the Finance Team from the HQ.
Points are given to the percentage of KPIs targets achieved for the month.
2 ) POINTS SYSTEM
A) Sales and NPBT Performance viz - a- viz other subsidiaries
 
Sales Point for Loss-Making Subsidiary NPBT Point for Loss-Making Subsidiary
- Sales Point Divided by 2 - NPBT Point Divided by 2
B) Financial Diligence and Vigilance KPI
- First Draft Financial Submission from Operating Units by 12th each month (for China entity, extension 2 days
for golden week period)
- Revision is maximum plus one day
 
# Revision is maximum more than 1 day after first draft.
Revision exceeding more than 1 day will :
- Forfeit the points or
- Double the demerit points
